Backyard Remodeling - Fountain Valley

This backyard remodel was designed to maximize functionality, comfort, and modern outdoor living. The project features a full paver installation with an integrated drainage system to ensure durability and proper water flow. Artificial grass was added for a low-maintenance, year-round green landscape.

A custom round concrete bench wraps seamlessly around the fire pit, creating a welcoming gathering space. An above-ground prefabricated jacuzzi is elevated and surrounded by low-maintenance TREX decking, offering a spa-like retreat. The outdoor living area is completed with an Alumawood lattice patio cover, providing shade while maintaining an open, airy feel.

The space also includes a fully built outdoor kitchen with a concrete countertop and TREX-faced cabinetry, perfect for entertaining. An irrigation system and low-voltage lighting were installed to enhance both functionality and nighttime ambiance. The property is finished with a combination of wrought iron fencing, wood fencing, and custom gates for privacy, safety, and a polished overall look.
